12/2 Projections: BCS Championship Game

After a stunning last second defeat to Auburn on Saturday, Alabama has fallen from the #1 spot, leaving way for the new #1 Florida State Seminoles to take on the new #2 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes in the BCS Title Game. Florida State will face Duke University in next week’s ACC Football Championship and Ohio State will take on Michigan State in the Big-10 Championship – Both OSU and FSU are expected to remain undefeated through their final week of play.   Both the Ohio State and Florida State fans travel especially well, so if both teams can hold on to their rankings, tickets for the BCS Championship Game are expected to be in short supply.

12/2 Projections: Orange Bowl

In a huge shakeup, this week, The Alabama Crimson Tide fell to a 109-yard Auburn return and also lost their number one ranking, now projected to take the first BCS AT large slot in the 2014 Orange Bowl against Clemson University Tigers who replaced Florida State who is now ranked #1 and will likely be playing in the BCS Championship Game.  The Crimson Tide squad who were undefeated this week are likely to be a formidable foe for the 10-2 Tigers if the projections hold through next weeks final games.

12/2 Projections: Rose Bowl

With The Ohio State Buckeyes now in the BCSChampionship Game, The Stanford Cardinals are projected to take on the Michigan State Spartans at the 2014 Rose Bowl.  While the matchup is anything but final with one week left of play, Stanford has been predicted to take the PAC-12 slot for most of the season.  Michigan State is projected to take the Big Ten slot, despite facing a probable loss to Ohio State in next week’s final game.
